MEMBERSHIP MANAGER
This position is remote, with flexible hours. The position will start between 10-12 hours per week, with an opportunity for growth. The expectation is to be available Monday-Friday during normal business work hours (our team operates on Central-Standard Time), and to be available for weekly team meetings.

Position Overview
The primary purpose of this position is to cultivate and nurture the teacher community for The TCM Club. Primarily focusing your time and energy on improving the growth and retention of the community within membership.
We are seeking a motivated and experienced membership manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be eager to take the lead and have a strong desire to make a difference in the lives of teachers and students. This role requires knowledge of elementary teaching, strong writing skills, and the ability to create compelling, age-appropriate resources that engage students in learning.
- PART-TIME - Fully Remote
- 10-15 hours per week

RESPONSIBILITIES
Some of the primary tasks include but are not limited to:
- Use data to make decisions, updates, and changes to the membership that will improve our retention rate.
- Develop and implement an ongoing retention plan.
- Plan and execute all outgoing communication for the membership community (monthly updates, product release emails, membership events, etc.)
- Collaborate with the curriculum department in resource development. Share members’ needs and requests for resources. Oversee the resources from start to finish and assist in creation.
- Identify areas within the membership that could be improved.
- Assist with the development and implementation of membership improvement projects and initiatives.
- Actively manage FB community.
- Oversee and implement failed payments and cancellations.
- Meet weekly with Ashley to share data, collaborate on upcoming content and initiatives, and a monthly focus.
SKILLS + EXPERIENCE
- Experience teaching 2nd-5th grade
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Willing and able to come to a team with creative and innovative ideas and initiatives
- Detail-oriented, organized, efficient, and self-starting
- Excellent writing skills
- Thrives at creating a plan and meeting deadlines
- Eager and willing to learn new things
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Great at taking feedback and direction
